The greek world: greeks and and the others

The western desire of the East in modern Europe (from Schopenhauer to Foucault)

 

2nd part:

Approaches to Eastern philosophy and its problems

 

Eastern philosophy. Its concept and its history

  1. Confucianism. Philosophical problem: moral foundation
  2. Taoism. Philosophical problem: being and becoming
  3. Hinduism. Philosophical problem: the Ego and its illusions
  4. Budism. Philosophical problem: suffering
